Conference rooms

The conference rooms are an essential feature of Hotel Academic. They have a capacity of up to 300 and events can be tailor-made. The rooms are suitable for conferences, training sessions, presentations, fashion shows, theatre performances and others.
We offer a conference hall and other rooms, all with modern conference facilities, ensuring that your event will run smoothly.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
The hotel offers a full catering service.
Conference packages are also available.
Conference rooms:
•    Conference Hall (160m2): accommodates up to 250 people (conference seating
     configuration). Stage width can be altered.
•    L Room (35m2): accommodates up to 40 people (conference  seating configuration)
•    XL Room (40m2):  accommodates up to 60 people (conference seating configuration) –
     this room can be split by a dividing wall into two smaller spaces, each with up to 12
     spaces ("U-shape seating configuration or 16 spaces in a classroom seating configuration
•    Sky Room (27m2): space for up to 20 people (conference seating configuration)
•    S and XS, meeting  rooms: space for up to 40 people (conference seating
Other services for conference participants
Our leisure facilities include a 4-person bowling alley, where you can have fun with your friends and family, and a sauna and massage service. Information about other services can be found here.
We would be pleased to create a tailor-made entertainment programme for you.
Free parking for coaches and cars is available in front of Hotel Academic or the underground garage (paid). We can also assist you with transfers.
